“Mirror”
I did a lot of self-portraits and used a lot of mirrors. There is something strangely special about being both the artist and the model. I believe art in any capacity can be the mirror you need it to be. I’m looking forward to exploring this theme with you during the month of May.

May – “Mirror”
When I started drawing as a teenager, I had stacks of pretty fashion magazines that I used for reference. If you’re a child of the 80s or 90s you’ll remember that none of those photographs had anything to do with actual human looks or features. I soon switched to using more accurate photos; documentary style

February – “Dreams”
I dreamt that I forgot to come up with a theme and in my panic posted something so totally out of it like “pigeons”. Then I woke up and figured yeah, dreams. Why not! There are dreams, and then there are dreams. There are the dreams where we are about to become astronauts while studying

January – “Flow”
I woke up this morning and there was snow outside. For someone who doesn’t like cold, I have a weird love for white fluffy ice. I don’t know why but it felt like the start of the day I really needed today. Image in the header is by Matt Hardy Flow, right? I chose it
